“My mother was an absolute volunteer,” says Greta Berg, of Spring Loaded Designs. “I remember spending many long weekends, with her, donating our time to various causes. “If you can, you should,” my mother would say, “so roll up your sleeves and make the world better.”

“I’ve carried her wisdom with me my entire life; we’re all good at something, so do that something. I may not be able to accurately swing a hammer, but I can make a good-cause look its visual best.”
